Communications
strategy
Groveworks can help you to decide what the messages you want to convey,
how best to communicate them and how to make the most impact with your
information and ideas.
The communications strategy for any organisation requires answers to the
following three questions:
1) What is your message?
2) Who do you want to communicate with?
3) What are the best channels to use?
Once those three questions have been answered, then a strategy can be
formulated. The next stage will then involve collecting and collating
material and making it into a coherent set of documents which may include
leaflets, reports and website.

Paper
publications
GroveWorks has been producing paper documents for a variety of organisations
since 1998. These include newsletters, annual reports, one-off documents
and guides.
GroveWorks can create original text to a brief and it can also take your
'raw' text and turn it into accessible, lively prose which focuses on
your target audience.
Professional design and layout comes from Positive Design Works, an associate
company which has twelve years experience of design and layout for the
public and private sectors.
GroveWorks can also organise top class photography of any subject you
choose, whether it's straightforward staff photographs, sensitive shots
of clients and customers or imaginative work which illustrates what your
organisation does.
With many years experience of buying print we can also get the best deals
available in terms of quality, speed and price.

On
the web
Groveworks creates websites in association with Positive Design Works.
Ken Macdonald recently worked for The MyVillage Network as a freelance
editor and writer for two years. He created and edited community websites
for Camden, Hampstead and the City of London.
That means he has hands-on experience of creating and maintaining websites.
Although not a technical expert, Ken has strong views on how websites
should work and he knows how to make that happen.
GroveWorks has three golden rules for websites
1) They must download quickly even on older computers
2) They should be simply laid out and easy to navigate.
3) Standards of writing and photography should be of the highest
